Motherhood: Unmasked & Unfiltered
About
Come for the "wait… I do that too" moments. Stay because you laugh, learn why your brain does what it does, and become kinder to yourself.
About the show
Motherhood: Unmasked & Unfiltered sits at the intersection of neurodivergence and motherhood — but it's not a clinical ADHD information show. It's two Australian mums, at different ages and life stages, both parenting young kids while understanding their own neurodivergent brains in adulthood.
Alisha brings the ADHD perspective. Rhiannon brings the AuDHD perspective. Their similarities and differences are part of the content — and their daughters are showing traits of their own, so the show explores both being neurodivergent and parenting neurodivergence.
It's lived experience first, useful education second. Expect humour, honesty, the occasional swear word, and zero pretending that everything is fine when it isn't.
New episodes every Thursday.

Host bio - Rhiannon Henderson
Rhiannon is a Sydney-based mum, diagnosed AuDHD (autism + ADHD) in adulthood. She brings lived experience of masking, sensory needs, social differences and parenting a sparkly kid of her own — often the quieter, more introverted counterpoint to Alisha's chaos.
